What are the most important things to know about setting up your event space when hiring a dueling pianos show? There are a few important things to know. First, make sure that show is the focal point of the show. If you have a large space, room for a dance floor is an absolutely great idea. Getting guests up singing and dancing is part of the show so please do allow the space up front near the musicians. If it is a dinner show, utilize your seating to have all seats facing the show. your guests should be facing the show and please no backs to the stage. You can usually do this by leaving a chair or 2 off if they are circular tables. if rectangular tables, make them face sideways rather than half facing towards and half facing away from the show. If it is a bar setting, TVs off. it is an interactive show and it's hard to engage the crowd if the fellas are watching a sports game. And if there is a portable bar, please make sure it is in the same room as the show if at a catering hall/ event venue.

Professional shows will bring requests slips and pens and encourage them to put extra request slips on tables rather than just by the pianos.
